(1) In the case of Section 22 of the Act, if the ownership of a person mentioned in the details of ownership submitted in accordance with Rule 6 is transferred to another person for any reason, the person who acquires such ownership shall give the relevant notification to the office.
(2) After receiving the notice as per sub-rule (1), the registrar will make necessary checks and if there is no obstacle to register the ownership in the name of the person giving such notice, the name of the relevant person will be mentioned in the ownership sheet of the main register book and in the certificate of registration.
